Bio

Donald Green Jr. is a dedicated athlete whose passion for sports began at the age of six when he first stepped onto a baseball field. Throughout his youth, he excelled in baseball and football, earning numerous accolades that eventually led to a full athletic scholarship at Texas Southern University. After making a mark in college baseball, he was drafted by the New York Mets in the 2006 MLB draft. However, a career-ending injury in 2011 forced Donald to pivot, leading him to pursue a new path in athletic training and development.

Following his injury, Donald moved to Atlanta to work at Sport-a-Rama, and later returned to Baton Rouge, where he immersed himself in training and helping others achieve their fitness goals. His dedication to fitness and bodybuilding opened doors to modeling and acting opportunities, further expanding his career. Despite these successes, Donald remained committed to fitness, which led him to open his own gym, Bayou Aesthetics, in 2016, offering a variety of training and conditioning programs.

In 2021, Donald shifted his focus to athletic performance and recovery training, which paved the way for his role as a coach at Liberty Magnet High School. By July 2024, he was promoted to Head Baseball Coach, a testament to his relentless drive and commitment to excellence. Today, Donald continues to inspire and help others achieve greatness, drawing from his own journey of perseverance and success.
